The Callout System is a new feature that allows you to more accurately ping important areas on the map, communicate where you want to attack/defend with your team, and help new players better learn the various names of locations around the map.
When in a game, use the '`' key (located to the left of the 1 key) in order to bring up the Callouts Map. You can change this keybind in the Options menu if you go to Controls > Community.
The callout map is a larger scale version of the map you can find on the scoreboard, and it also contains the specific names for different areas on the map. Not only this, but you can also interact with the callouts map and ping specific areas, allowing you to ping places on the map that are out of your field of view and you wouldn't normally be able to ping when using the ping system.
With the callout map open, you can move your cursor around and use your mouse to ping a specific area on the map. This ping will show up in-game, on the Scoreboard Map, the Callout Map, and the Mini-Map.
Use the new Callout Map feature to better communicate and cooperate with your team!
